Endeavour 360 is an alternative education provision based in Hampshire and Surrey.

Our aim is to re-ignite the spark and enthusiasm towards life in the young people we work with. Through consistent mentoring and tailored educational experience plans specific to each individual’s needs, we will help them to build the toolkit necessary for everyday life, and the confidence to tackle the future independently. 

Ups, Downs and Barriers

As we have all experienced, life is never a straight line and all of us process these experiences differently and therefore they all have differing effects on us. Endeavour 360 treats every young person as an individual, creating a safe and nurturing environment for them to feel comfortable and express themselves. We use research evidenced methods as well as general mentoring to support our young people to give them the tools to navigate their life experiences and support their development.

Charlie really looks forward to his sessions with George and always returns home happy and positive.   • George has been a strong advocate for my son during the last year of his schooling. I have felt supported as a parent from George's understanding and recognition of Finley’s positive academic and social behaviours. When behaviours have needed more management, George has shown a mature and well educated approach to helping Finley. From a review aspect, such as EHCP annual reviews and interim meetings, George has helped thoroughly, by giving an outside and non-bias opinion. George's communication skills are of an advanced level, he ensures understanding from both parents and the child whilst offering additional support if there are difficulties processing the information. Finley has enjoyed the support from George, who has become a trusted adult to him.
